Precautions for Coronavirus COVID-19

We have been closely monitoring the situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and would like to inform our customers of the measures we have put in place to try do our part in reducing the amount of infections. We place great value on the health of our staff and customers and hope that our efforts will in some way help and protect the more vulnerable members of our community.

- We have asked our staff who display any of the COVID-19 symptoms to stay home and to seek any necessary medical treatment should it be required. We have also encouraged everyone to exercise the best possible hygiene practices.

- We will practice social distancing where possible, this practice in turn helps reduce risk to customers who require our technicians on site. Our investment in improved Remote Support systems last year has proved to be highly effective, however we will still have engineers available for any call outs.

- We have asked our sales staff to reduce the amount of client facing meetings where possible and alternatively make use of Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business for conference calls when necessary.

We are taking the situation seriously however we are satisfied that we are prepared and adequately equipped to keep offering our customers the best possible service in this very uncertain time. Should you require any more information, please do not hesitate to contact us via info@kibo.co.za.
